Weekend Workout Equipment Needed: Your Baby and Stroller

I live for weekends with my family. But, sometimes I feel guilty about leaving early on a Saturday morning to head to the gym when I could be spending quality time at home. In an effort to not compromise family time and still get a workout in (not to mention take advantage of this beautiful weather), my wife and I thought of a great workout we could do at the park with the little guy during his afternoon stroll. Everybody wins!
Mommy: Runs 1 mile
Daddy: As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) by the stroller:
20 Air Squats
50 Double Unders (or single unders)
Once Mommy returns from her run, Daddy runs and Mommy does the AMRAP by the stroller. Repeat until both parents have done 3 full rounds.
This was a great full body workout that can be done with the whole family. Logan loved watching us do Air Squats as we went in and out of his sight, I think he thought we were playing an aggressive game of peek-a-boo.
