The Only Piece of Exercise Equipment You Definitely Need at Home

If you don’t have the space for a full-on home gym, and can only get a couple of items, my suggestion would be to invest in a quality, heavy kettlebell. It’s such a versatile piece of equipment that, in one way or another, can help you work just about every muscle in your body.
Here’s a great EMOM (CrossFit speak to describe a workout cadence in which you perform a given set of moves every minute on the minute) that lasts only 20 minutes and will get your heart pumping and your lungs gasping for air in no time. This workout is quick, will get your metabolism racing, and works your glutes, core, hamstrings, quads and shoulders! Aim to stay consistent each round, and try to finish the kettlebell moves and transition to the plank at the same time, round after round.
20 MIN EMOM:
1 Kettlebell Swing (American, or, overhead style is preferred if you have the proper range of motion)
