Ingredients: (Makes about 23 servings)
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup all natural crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup mini Enjoy Life chocolate chips
1/2 cup of agave
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in bowl.
2. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
3. Take dough out and roll into Ping-Pong sized balls.
4. Freeze for 45 to 60 minutes in an air tight container so they firm up and enjoy! (Keep stored in your freezer, as these get really soft at room temperature.)
